Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish, born 7 August 1982 in the Australian state of Victoria and is an actor. Cornish is most well-known for her roles in films as Heidi in the film Somersault (2004). She also played Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) as well as for her work with filmmaker Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) as well as three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). The latter movie Cornish received her first Screen Actors Guild Award as one of the actors. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin starred in Adventureland, (2009) while Ann McDonough starred as The Mothman Prophecies and other films. Betty Gilpin made a decision to go into acting because she received the encouragement and love from her parents. Fordham College was her first selection when it came time to enter the college of her dreams. In Fordham she developed her skills. Following graduation, Gilpin began performing in Off-Broadway plays while auditioning for roles in TV and film. Gilpin was cast in a minor role for herself in Ghost Town 2008 and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Also, she was a part of the NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011. Gilpin gained a lot of TV experience in the following years, mainly through appearances in guest roles. Her first big break with Nurse Jackie's recurring role in the year 2013. Gilpin was a part of Nurse Jackie during 34 seasons as Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin before the show ended on June 15, 2015. Gilpin was also seen as a character in True Story, a mystery thriller.
